Today when any complain came to office Receptionist write down it. Then give to manager , Manager make telephonic call to staff & instruct about it. When Manager call to staff to instruct him to go to solve the complain , but at that time staff was busy or travelling out of coverage, so can't talk, When Staff make call to manager, he might be busy. So they have to spend to much time to connect with each other. Also, when any emergency call came to office and manager contact the staff , staff says that i am not in that area so can't go there instantly to solve the problem.

Staff get notification & go to customer to solve the problem. After completion of work he can take customer signature on his mobile app , can also take photograph of client or his office also.
